I’ve placed my order, what happens now?

You will receive a notification when your order has been packed and despatched, this will provide your tracking number should you require it.   Sit back, relax and wait for your yarn order to arrive!

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived as expected please can I ask that you wait 14 working days from the day of dispatch.  Whilst it doesn’t happen often, parcels can go missing but do generally end up at their destination albeit a bit late.  If you have a tracking number please enter it on the Royal Mail website here to get up to date information on your parcel.  It may also be worth checking with your local mail sorting office if they are holding a parcel for you, whilst they are supposed to do not all posties leave calling cards.

What do I do if I need to cancel or return my order?

It rarely happens but if for any reason you need to cancel or return your order, I have a full page for information here for you here.

Do you offer yarn samples?

If you need a sample of any of the yarns I have for sale please contact me on natalie@noryyarns.co.uk and I’ll be happy to help.  I don’t normally charge for samples as I know how important it is to be able to touch and feel the yarn you intend to use for a project, however if you want a large number of samples there may be a small delivery charge.

Do I need to meet a minimum weight for my order?

Not at all, all of my yarns are priced for you to buy individually should you need to, the delivery charge will be worked out and added for you during the checkout process.  

My order has arrived but it’s wrong!

Once your order has arrived please take some time to check the contents, if you believe the content is incorrect please contact me on natalie@noryyarns.co.uk as soon as possible providing full information.

My order has arrived but it’s damaged!

If your order has arrived damaged you will need to either not accept the order (it will work its way back to me), or sign for it ensuring that you note that it is damaged. 

How do I make payment for my order?

Your order must be paid for in full at the time of placing your order, you will be prompted to make payment using our secure card payment service during the checkout process. We do not store any card or payment data on this site or in our office.
