If for any reason you decide you want to cancel your order with Nory Yarns, the following terms will apply;

  • If your order has not been dispatched and you cancel within 14 days you will receive a full refund.
  • If you have received your order and you cancel within 14 days of receipt, you must return the complete order to me in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition and you will receive a full refund. The refund will not include the cost of returning the order to me.  I would recommend you take photos of the order unpacked and packed before you return it to me, just so you’re covered if anything happens in transit.  You will be responsible for the order until I receive it, sorry but if I don’t receive your order then I won’t be able to offer a refund unless you can provide proof of posting.  I recommend that you send your return through a tracked or signed for service.
  • I don’t normally accept a cancellation of an order if you have received the order more than 14 days before deciding to cancel, however as this rarely happens I am more than happy to treat each order on an individual basis. If this does apply, please get in touch with me before you return your order.
  • If the order is a ‘special’ order, ie a product that I have sourced specifically for you then I’m sorry but I will not be able to accept a cancellation of the order.
